So today, Jasz, Brandon and I went to the gym. the boys were with their body building stuff, while I went for fitness-cardio-stamina stuff (read: running - treadmill).

It was scary shit moment. at first 3 mins, I ran at speed 1-3 then increase the speed up to 7 and ran for 10 mins. I decided to take a break after 10 mins, I pressed stop button. the treadmills immediately stop. Consequently, I was getting blacked out for almost 3 mins. It was really scary, I was so scared. There was only one person there, and my other friends were at level 3. I couldn't see anything, my head was spinning, I felt like I want to puke. I kept telling myself, "you can't collapse", "relax", "take a deep breath". I couldn't feel my leg somehow. I was strongly holding to the treadmill, while acting cool. because I didn't want the person to freak out as I'm about to passed out. Even though, my phone was right in front of me, I didn't think reaching out for my friends was the best option. I just needed to keep conscious. Although there was several times I tend to close my eyes, suddenly I remembered the basic first aid when you're about to passed out, keep your eyes open, breath, make sure ventilation is right. for the first time, when the wind blow during that time, I appreciate the air, I took a deep breath! after 3 mins or so, I puke, but thank god, it didn't come out and spilled. I managed to walk to toilet somehow even though my vision was blurry. after vomit, and short walk to the toilet, I felt better. 

It was weird though, because during my running phase itself, I didn't feel tired or anything. everything was stable and okay. I didn't think I went too fast. It was still at my phase. It was not my first time running too. I still remember, my running routine at Taman Metropolitan Kepong, completed the track, was way more tiring than this! 

To think of it, I think the reason was because, I stopped immediately and stand still. I should have slow down the speed as well before I went to complete stop. Maybe my body was in shock to have sudden stop after catching such stamina during the running phase.

It was funny, yet it was really scary to be in that situation - alone. It's okay, I learnt my lesson. shall do it better next time.

Started with fever, period pain, "re-sit exam paper", car break down, and toothache. I don't know why it all comes at once. I think I have taken good care of myself, and I don't really have much pressure on this exam week because I don't like to stress out myself either at very last minute like this. but it just happened.

I guess the climax when my car break down in the night. It couldn't started. It needed to be jump-start. I tried to reach to as many friends as I could. I don't have the cable. only that moment I realized how important to have such basic needs in a car. however, I do have ones for replacing the tire but surely did not help for that particular situation.

It took 2 hours to sort things out. I was at condition nearly mental breakdown, with my health condition some more, and I even wrote on my facebook "This moment, lets get to know who the friends are". Soon after that, some of my friends reach me. although those who I didn't expect to 'show up', like my friend from NL whom I surely know he won't be able to be here physically, but he did check on me and support me emotionally. I touched.

I thought reaching for a friend during hard time is kinda difficult, but it had not been that bad. What touch my heart so much when some of them did really show an effort to actually be there and help me to sort things out although they were not obligated by any means to do that (Anol, Duan, Shafiq, Brandon, Chw). Like 2 of my seniors a.k.a friends, Anol and Duan; Anol knew his car might not be able to jump start my car due to different spec / CC, but he did come and lend me the cable. they were the first one to show up. after I asked for help from them, they went completely silent. So I thought, I should be looking for other people. but then, after I called Anol, he said he's already arrived. I be like.. "what?!" how come they can reach that fast? but well yeah, it wasn't successful maybe because the battery condition of my car was too low. They then just lend me the cable which was good enough. it solve a problem on finding a cable.

then my friend, Shafiq who appeared not to have his car at moment but tried his best to find ones and to help me through the night. What an effort there to help a friend in need. Same goes to Brandon, although he did not have cable but he came and see what he can do to help. Chw also offered an help to come on the next day if it's still unable to start, he'd see what he can do.

After it sorted out, like what I have always do, I tend to find what was the good thing or something I can learn from this. See, at one point now I knew how to jump start a car by myself. *ehem. I wouldn't know that until it gets me to this situation where I have to really learn and do it myself.

Last night, I had conversation with Tika, we were discussing about exam venue then I told her how I feel so demotivated due to circumstances I was facing this whole week. Her response got me thinking.. there's someone actually notice it.

Oh about the tooth right, my wisdom tooth upper right started to grow. It's not yet in critical stage, but it does cause me to feel uncomfortable especially at night. it really disturb my sleep cycle and my attempt to sleep. I had to take painkiller twice a day, to reduce the pain so that I can live a comfortable day and be good with the examinations. oh and this pain affect my appetite too. I don't feel like eating seriously although sometimes I do feel hungry. I would just eat biscuits, cracker.. bread. I only had rice once for this week. whuutt. haha

Come to think of it, this week alone I've taken more than 5 pills; fever, period pain, and now toothache.

I hope this will get over soon, there is only one more paper left, Cognitive Ergonomics. I wanna go home, feel content, cook good foods, quality time with family, raya!

That was quite a show, Very entertaining

After few weeks residing in Malaysia Hall Melbourne, my floor-mates (Dilla, Kak Dayah, Kak Wahida and Kak Zahra) and me had BBQ session at Yarra Bent Park (YBP) which is located around 20 minutes from CBD. oh yea, Amin and Ammar joined us too!

We had marinated chicken, lamb and sausages prepared a night before.

We arrived at 11 am and get everything prepared.

next, MAKAN TIME!

Burpp! We're done eating!

and now, time for some outdoor activities, kayaking!
